Stars cooling tower are made up of RTB series and STB series.

RTB series

1.      The tower body is made of special glass fiber reinforced plastic, good aging resistance, durable and good looking.

2.      The radiating fins are in 35*20-75 Deg C special corrugations, can prolong the water heating and air exchanger time to improve efficiency.

3.      Body support and steel structure are galvanized, anti-rust and longer life

4.      The fan is made of wide-blade for raking space twisting. The aluminum alloy fans can handle large volume of air in lower noise

5.      The fully hermetic three-phase motors are used to ensure large torque force and good property in water resistance.

6.      Units are equipped with specially-designed muffler cover and noise absorption screens.

STB Series

1.      Tower body: Made of inner curl edge U-steel featuring light weight and good strength. Thermo galvanized metal part ensures anti-rust.

2.      Fiber-glass Reinforced Plastics(FRP),made of imported plastic materials in colors, the plastic coating thickness is no less than 0.3-0.5 mm and bending strength no less than

250Mpa.Surface is highlight, up to 95-100 gloss units

3.      Packing: made of PVC blade through plastic absorption process, The packing is capable of resisting high temperature (65 Deg C), resisting aging process, deformation

4.      Fans are low rotating speed, space twisting fore-ranking six-blade aluminum alloy fan for the exclusive use in cooling towers
